Allow people to use their own URLs
It would be great if once you had registered you could point your own URL such as crm.mycompany.com to the service so that with the ability to change colours and logos you could brand the system for your own company.

Implement re-assigning of activities
Allow reassigning activities, individually or no-mass to another user by someone other than the user (eg Admin). Especially useful when a person leaves or changes roles in the business. Currently only the person who has the activity assigned to them can reassign, edit or mark it complete.

Give the CRM a direction towards vendors as well as clients
While Tactile is a very good well thought out tool, I feel it is similar to many others like PIpeline deals in that is assumes the person or company using it has no vendors. It is a very good tool for a software company or many types of client services companies, but I would argue that more companies have both vendors and clients to manage, and they have different issues.

Add an RSS for recent activity
it would be good if you could subscribe to an RSS feed of the recent notes/emails on the dashboard, as well as individual companies/people/opportunities/activities to keep up to date with what is going on.

Integrate with google apps
Adapt Tactile so it can be used as the public contact folder for a goup of users witin a google apps domain.

Export contacts as vCards
The current .csv export doesn't import easily, or accurately, into contact managers. I use Apple's Address Book, but vCard is a standard format used across platforms.
Easy export in vCard format would allow me to use Tactile as my main contact repository, and on a regular basis export my contacts and import them to use on my local computer. Having them locally is very convenient, as it integrates them into email (Outlook), etc.

Allow Admin to rename fields
There are a good quantity of fields, but they are not customizeable enough. It should be just as easy to change a field name as it is to change a dropdown option.

Allow admin to view all Private clients were sit by users
the users are able to sit their clients as PRIVATE. If so, the admin is the only one who should be able to view them all.

unicode support for e-mail messages
It would be very good if languages like chinese, japanese and korean were displayed correctly in the bcc mail feature. currently they come up garbled. I assume this is also the case for russian, arabic and other non-roman characters.

Only Admin Should Be Able To Export Data
The Data on my CRM system is very important to me, and i dont want any of my CRM users to be able to export such IMPORTANT DATA.
So the only the admin him self should be able to export the data -

Make a way for web forms to be submitted to Tactile CRM to auto create clients/leads/people/opportunities/activities for staff to follow up.

Allow adding via email
it would be great to be able to create a company/person/opportunity/activity via email. Just add the stuff in the body of the email and it adds it automatically.

Allow search on more fields
Especially on unique client account number. Would also be useful to be able to search/filter on all the fields in the Client Information box (eg status, source, classification etc) - they are useful fields, but much less so if you can't filter on them and have to create equivalent tags.

Auto create contacts when forwarding emails started
If you forward an email to Tactile CRM who doesn't exist you get a message back saying so but the email isn't saved.
It would be great if the contact could be auto-created.
